Appalling customer service, obstructive, refusals to allow me to speak to managers, have spent about 5 hours on the phone to them in the past few weeks (mostly on hold), twice told that I would be called back "within 24 hours" yet 48 hours late no phone call, received emails with vital correspondence from them that was virtually unreadable and no pdf option to open the letter. In the most recent phone call I was charmingly told by the guy (a team leader/manager) I spoke to that he had been 'lumbered' with my case.
