The worst customer service I have ever known. Trying to charge me £25 for a policy that's not even started yet, even though the policy document says, "If you cancel the contract before the insurance has started you will receive a full refund."... then later regarding service charges says, "Cancellation prior to start date or within 14 days £0.00".
They don't provide you with a contact email for complaints, anywhere.
Avoid, avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!!
