Appalling customer service!
Took 3 months to get a conclusive answer regarding my historic payments for a court case! Took on average 3-4 weeks per response via email! Each response was so vague and just wasted time to actually get to the historic statements. I tried to speed the process up via phone-call but was told that only the email team could deal with historic transactions.
