Had non fault bike accident dec 2018. 3rd party admitted full liability within a few days. Carole nash told me in July 2019 that they were waiting for final offer of payment for injuries etc. Its now end of December 2021 and I'm stil ****** waiting. Emails take on average a month to be replied to. Phone calls unanswered, recorded delivery letters? They say they haven't had them (I can prove otherwise). They are an absolute joke. AVOID AVOID AVOID at all costs.
