Absolute shambles of a company.
Emailed within 14 days to cancel my policy, no reply. Tried to get through on the phones on several occasions only to have the phone put down on me when i got through. Now managed to get through after the 14 day cooling off period only to be told the insurance policy i tried to cancel will cost me upwards of £130.00, shocking. To make things worse, the chap i spoke to (agent id 162052) had absolutely no clue what the policy document they send says or the terms of that document, a aptly perfect representation of this company.
