Absolutely awful! Phoned for just a quote put on hold 3 times, 20 minutes of silly questions not even the reg number !! was told they won’t insure my sons bike until he’s done CBT he needs his bike to do the CBT so needs insurance! I just wanted a quote .
Lady didn’t have a clue what she was doing then asked if I want to insure it in my name no!! Then asked if I have a policy with them…never after that shockingly rubbish service!!
