Avoid like the plague!!! I only wish I’d read these reviews before I took out car insurance with Carole Nash. absolutely clueless or diss interested call centre staff.
Told my insurance was being cancelled after a month I needed to find another insurer.
They didn’t cancel my policy and took more money from my account! Thankfully, I managed to speak to a member of staff who seemed to know what he was doing, and I’m now awaiting a refund. Absolute Cowboys! How they are still trading I will never know after reading all these reviews.!!
