I have used Carole Nash for several years for a multibike and car policy. Often found them difficult to deal with but in the lsat year or so the cusyomer service is thriugh the floor. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Mechanical pre-programmed call operators being the lest of it. My policy was on auto renewal but CN were unable to take payment (may have been a bank problem) they wrote me a LETTER which arrived teh day after the policy ended. This meant I was driving uninsured, I had felt uneasy and phoned to check as I was away form home. They would not let me pay, and said policy had lapsed. Fortunately I was still showing insured on the national database askMID. The only good news is that I have gone elsewhere and saved myself a lot of money but if their system means that they will not call or text or even email if a payment does not go through, then the results of that do not bear thinking about.
