Trying to charge me more once the policy had been taken out due to a 'discrepancy'.
Upon investigation, the discrepancy is actually a mistake on a database, but they will do nothing to correct it.
Open an official complaint and the next thing I know is they have cancelled my policy and want to charge me a further £60 odd for the privilege.
I have raised a complaint with the Ombudsman, and urge others to do if unhappy with JMI's useless operation. They are little better than thieves IMO.
