Motorcycle was stolen, when I called up to make a claim, I was told that there was a £550 excess, I would have to pay a further £500 to cancel the policy, plus all the premiums for the 12 months period. The other option I was given was to cancel the policy and pay a £500 charge, eventually I was offered a £1.70 yes £1.70 refund if I paid the next direct debit instalment. I've had to cancel my insurance claim, and the insurance policy. They are now chasing me for a load of debt and I don't have my motorcycle.
