I spent 40mins on the phone to your customer support handler about adding my grandson to the policy for 6 days while he returned from Dubi to attend his great grannies funeral.
I was asked soooooo many questions but after answering two or three was put on hold while she was on her computer I heard the music loop several times, then at the end was declined the cover.
It is the most infuriating call I have EVER been on.
