Carol Nash are the worst company that I have ever dealt with, they are incredibly difficult to contact, it can often take up to an hour to reach their South African call centre, once through you might then be disconnected or on hold for a very long time, then end up speaking to someone with a very strong regional accent so communication is problematic, and that person might also not be as well trained as you would expect. Presently I am stranded with no bike insurance and unable to reach a capable person to resolve the matter, this company should be avoided.
