Emails are said to be answered within 2 days which is total crap. And after I sort oiy everything they ask for my NCB which I sent only to find that it is car NCB not bike NCB which I specifically noted that I left the bike NCB blank on CONFUSED. COM.
Now they're asking for the policy to be cancelled which they're also asking for a £50 cancellation fee which is pretty much half of the policy cost anyway!
Avoid these at all costs!
