Told by theBikeInsurer.co.uk that my "buy" from JMI had not gone through. That was untrue. I was charged.
I never received a policy. Told by JMI to wait for the policy in order to cancel it! Finally 3 days after the start date I got them to cancel my non existent policy.
They charged me £25. They were never "on risk". I never got the policy with terms and conditions. They never sent me a policy so what admin costs were there.
Also I spent alot on 0844 numbers to sort it all out.
You judge?
Avoid them like the plague.
