Pain. They failed to update my details correctly and |I end up being debited my fee twice. Hate the fact that insurance companies sign you up to a financial agreement just because you choose to pay by direct debit. What also really annoys me about go compare is that it pretends your choices are with different companies. They're often the same company, same finance company behind them, just a different brand, logo, and policy. Very, very frustrating. Don't think I'll use GoCompare again.
