Ordered a "thinking of you "gift box for my daughter .. I felt bad she had to contact me to say what poor quality they were. Half of them were mouldy and some of the flowers just fell apart.
Very dissatisfied with not only the flowers but also M and S customer service! I have tried to live chat/call/ email or to no avail.
