Bouquet was delivered as a gift but when received there were several roses in it that looked poor +had brown petals.Rest of the flowers wernt too bad but not exactly brilliant . The bouquet was finished after 4-5 days .Dreadful +waste of money. Sent complaint email to Customer Services which was an unbelievable experience.8 email replies later they are still asking for the same information that was sent weeks ago. Each reply was from a different person +nothing was joined up , hence asking the same thing all the time.Even speaking on the phone didnt help . I have eventually given up with the complaint -very disappointing +frustrating.

I have always brought my wife flowers from M&S for her birthday and our anniversary, but after what we received on both occasions this year never again!! Our anniversary was in February and the flowers arrived with each bloom looking freezer burnt, brown edges and fading colour. Although I could see my wife was disappointed she said it was probably just a one off!!! It wasn't!! I again order her flowers for her birthday in April, this time choosing a different bouquet of roses in an attempt to prevent the same thing occuring. I failed! These roses arrived in exactly the same condition as the previous order but this time there was also no water in the stem reservoir and looking at the flowers condition there hadn't been any for some time. Needless to say none of the blooms opened and we threw them out on the 4th day of having to look at them. Of course there is no way of contacting anyone at M&S directly and I am thankful that I found this site to express our anger and extreme disappointment. I will certainly never waste my money on M&S flowers again which is a shame because up until this year they have been excellent.

Ordered flowers from M&S for my sister-in-law's 70th birthday. The family were in but the delivery driver didn't bother to ring the bell and simply left the flowers on the front door steps on a busy street. It was a miracle that they weren't stolen. We will never use this service again.

Bouquet looked nothing like the picture. Very disappointed. It was a gift for a relatives 60th birthday. Always been pleased in the past with purchases but I doubt I will be buying again.

Received a delivery of large bunch of a variety of tulips and roses. On opening the box it had obviously not been stored correctly leaving the heads of flowers crushed. 5 tulips had yellow leaves and mildew,2 without heads,2 roses without heads. Salvaged what I could , put in water and food immediately...look at them the next day...Appalling, what is happened to M& S flower delivery, have had to tell my daughter of my disappointment and to never use m&s again. I had a similar experience at Xmas with a planted basket which had obviously stored the wrong way up and contents and soul were loose in the box. Come on M&S look at all the awful reviews, We expect better service!

We have received a recent delivery of flowers from my partner's colleague in light of his mother's passing. Regrettably, the flowers were largely damaged, broken, and unsuitable for display. I promptly reached out to M&S to address the matter and was met with a standard response. In all honesty, my expectations were not particularly high; my main intention was to bring this issue to their attention. Upon reviewing several negative feedback, it seems that this is a recurring problem. It is apparent that they are not meeting the expectations of their customers. I feel bad for the sender who spent their money on a bunch of dead flowers.

I received a bunch of flowers for mother's day from my son. They were bought in store. Within two days they were wilting. Today they are more than ready for the bin.

Received a large bouquet of white roses from my daughter in Australia for Mother’s Day. They looked a bit sad on arrival but instructions said they would perk up when arranged in water with flower food. This I did but by Wednesday they were on their way out!! They obviously cost a lot so I would have expected them to have lasted at least a week!

Bouquet of flowers bought by my son for Mother’s Day all now dead and wilting. Very disappointed. I’m sure they were quite expensive. I feel bad he’s wasted his money.

Received 23 pink roses from my son for Mother’s Day yesterday. Many of the outer petals were already brown and wilting as well as some of the inner petals. This has happened before . Marks and Spencer are not worth purchasing flowers from, the flowers are not fresh.

Yesterday (Mothers Day)was given a small vase filled with roses, tulips and hyacinths. The next morning one rose was shrivelled up and the tulips and hyacinths have all completely flopped. Tried cutting the stems and removing leaves and fresh water but can’t be revived. Waste of money! Very disappointed.

I bought a "Mum in a Million" rose for my daughter who was delighted with the rose and packaging. What ruined it was there was no label or tag stating what the rose was called. It made a lovely gesture from myself a bit sad because she didn't know the meaning of the rose. Disappointing!

I was given flowers from M&S from my son for Mother's Day. They would have been bought on Saturday. 2 of the flowers were dead and there was a stem of stock which was so dead it was slimy and was affecting all the stems around it. M&S always seem to let me down and personally I would never buy flowers from them because of the poor quality in the past.

The ‘High Protein Green Goddess Chicken wrap is inedible. Chewy egg wrap with a tart dressing this was an experience I will never repeat. Marks and Spencer’s! What happened? How did this pass scrutiny, taste buds, testing?? It was a truly disgusting experience to chew and swallow this strange compilation. Get rid. 0 out of 10.

Absolutely shocking they have lasted three days and I was bought five bunches to make up a beautiful vase ! Better than last time though when the stalks were rotted through within two days !

Ordered flowers for my wife's birthday. When they arrived it was embarrassing what had been sent. I paid £28 and received a £5 bunch of flowers. Hassle and had to return to the local shop (an hours round trip). Received a refund but no offer of any compensation for my time and inconvenience. Absolute rubbish. Avoid at all costs!
