“Ordered 2 different flower deliveries for my 98 tear old mum in the Uk for Christmas as I am in Australia. The roses arrived with 5 stems already dry and wilting. The second delivery a potted Plant never arrived and they emailed on 28/12 to apologise and refund the order. Totally upsetting as it was a gift for and as I’m not in the country couldn’t do anything to rectify it. Will never use M&S AGAIN. As for the 10 pond e-voucher, who knows what I’m supposed to do with that!”

“I ordered an orchid to be sent to my friend who unfortunately has had some bad news. It was ordered yesterday around 6 pm and she received it before 10 am this morning. What a service! Keep up the good work. Thank you so much.”

“I received an autumn bouquet from M and S two weeks ago through the post. They are almost as pretty as the day I received them. I am very happy. I received another bouquet through the post from M and S a couple of days less than two weeks ago and all but one flower have died. Not sure why there was such a difference. I'm very happy with the one bouquet as its lasted so well, much longer than expected. I was reasonably happy with the second one as it lasted about as long as I would have expected. Both were in the same place in the same room. Overall I was very happy.”

“I love the ease and speed of the click & collect service. 24 hours after placing my order online, I rolled up to the Collection area in-store, scanned my Sparks card and in less than a minute a lady appeared with my items. Magic!”

“On the 27th March I bought three bunches of Roses for the Easter display at our local church. They looked amazing today 13th April they are still looking good for church services this weekend. I cannot believe how long they have latest. Eileen Barnes”

“My friend ordered a delivery of flowers as a surprise for myself. On opening the box two of the five stems were positively dead (Amayllis flowers). I had to tell her as they were obviously quite expensive. She immediately rang customer service and spoke with a lovely lady who arranged for new but different flowers to be delivered on Xmas eve. Also, champagne, a lovely candle and some Percy pig sweets. They are stunning!! I am also being sent more flowers on the 27th apparently which is an exceptional recovery service!! Well done and thank you so much M&S, you have made myself and my friend very happy!!”

“I was compelled to write this review because I am truly impressed by the quality of the Montserra plant I received. More than what I expected. Larger and abundant with big and baby leaves. In such a good health too. Arrived as expected through delivery. Very happy with my purchase. Will buy again!”

“Today I have received a beautiful delivery of GET WELL flowers from my niece . the courier was DPD in the Northampton area who are always excellent. The flowers are a large bunch of cream, pink and red roses in an extremely strong box and fixed tightly to the base of the interior. If these can arrive perfectly = on time / in excellent condition why are M&S allowing such appalling uncaring staff in other reviews to continue giving such bad service and couldn't care less attitude ? They are obviously losing a vast number of customers , businesses these days can ill afford to lose them.”

“The flowers from my brother and his wife were incredible. They have lasted for ages, the roses all opened up perfectly, the stocks smelt divine, it was a joy to see. The flowers got better daily and drank lots of water which is always a good sign.”

“The best Manager in the Torquay Food Hall is Matt he will judge a customer for himself and dose not take sides or join gangs he is always very polite to me every time he spots me in the store and always found the time to say hello with a smile its a pleasure to shop in there when he is working unlike Ralph who looks like he's won the lottery and lost the ticket there are some people you look at and think i no i can make you smile with him you would probably have to say your sacked to put a smile on his face clearly not happy in his job or is working with the wrong section manager”

“Ordered Christmas flowers for sister & hubby. They are delighted very fresh sister said smell beautiful. Kept up to date on the order even delivery. 3rd year sending excellent. Sorry to read some customers been let down. My only niggle ordered in November and see this week they are reduced in price. Hey ho”
