“The best Manager in the Torquay Food Hall is Matt he will judge a customer for himself and dose not take sides or join gangs he is always very polite to me every time he spots me in the store and always found the time to say hello with a smile its a pleasure to shop in there when he is working unlike Ralph who looks like he's won the lottery and lost the ticket there are some people you look at and think i no i can make you smile with him you would probably have to say your sacked to put a smile on his face clearly not happy in his job or is working with the wrong section manager”

“Ordered Christmas flowers for sister & hubby. They are delighted very fresh sister said smell beautiful. Kept up to date on the order even delivery. 3rd year sending excellent. Sorry to read some customers been let down. My only niggle ordered in November and see this week they are reduced in price. Hey ho”

“i have shopped at M+S for many years and the food and customer services are great but when you read Torquays reviews its very disturbing and upsetting and the managers that did these awful things to that customer and to make allegations that clearly were false its not surprising they feel so anxious and so the pair of them should its one thing to Lie but to Lie to the police OMG i wouldn't sleep at night”

“Torquay reviews who would want to shop in that store clearly managers you don't won't to complain about there reviews make that clear to all that take the time to read them and that's there flagship store clearly in desperate need of a new General manager that can lead by example and have control of her staff they say your as good as your leader ????? have to say that store is the talk of Torbay”

“Received an absolutely beautiful bouquet of flowers for Mothers Day on 27th March 2022. Initially I wasn't sure about them as they looked a bit wilted and one of the stems had broken off, but once I had fed and watered them, they perked up and have just got better and better every day! Can't recommend them highly enough!”

“Purchased these flowers from M&S for £35 and was well impressed with the excellent customer service and the regular updates on my order...delivery time...ect and the flowers were delivered on time and my wife loved her flowers for valentines day! Excellent value for money, and brilliant service well done M&S. Flowers are still as lovely as the day they were delivered on valentines day!”

“I have never had flowers last as long as my Rainbow Of Alstromeria that I received between Christmas and New Year for my very special birthday. They are truly a rainbow of colour. Ten days on and they look just as fresh as on day two, after they had warmed up. Admittedly on arrival I was concerned when I opened the box but quickly realised they had been chilled to stay fresh. The champagne was chilled to the perfect temperature too. I’m sure the flowers will be just as beautiful in another 10 days, if not longer. As suggested I’m changing the water regularly. Sorry I don’t know how to add a photo. They look exactly like the photo on the website, perfect.”

“I received flowers in bud on the 10th 0ctober from M&S. They bloomed the next day and two weeks on they still look beautiful. See photo. Would highly recommend.”

“My sunflower abundance bouquet has just been delivered. I'm so impressed. The flowers are well packed in a tall sturdy cardboard box and the bouquet itself is nicely wrapped. 10/10 M&S, excellent service and quality flowers.”
