I bought a patio rose which was supposed to be yellow with red tinges. Those roses which haven’t simply died look pale, artificial & dried. I have pretty green fingers & have given this one my best but it’s so underwhelming I’m considering binning it.

A colleague sent me a £35 bouquet yesterday for a work anniversary, out for delivery in the morning, apologies for the unexpected delay by midday, now next morning and not arrived. I am expecting as last year, will arrive hot and wilted beyond salvation and last a few days. Definitely would not waste my own money and sorry work didn't spend theirs elsewhere.

We received two deliveries of flowers from M&S Flower Market from family and friends, one on Wednesday and one on Thursday for my fiance coming out of hospital. The flowers in the first delivery were floppy and way way past their best and i was surprised that when i opened the thursday delivery they were in a similar state. These were shrivelled roses with some more floppy flowers. We followed the instructions and after a couple of days with no improvement so we put them in the bin. Shame on you M&S ,what a waste of time and money,£150 worth of flowers (disgraceful).DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE ! Both deliveries were left on the step without ringing the door bell.

Purchased a bouquet in branch for my daughter’s last birthday. They were all dead next morning . Very upset so returned and was given a different bunch which were mostly all dead next morning - the date she died. Devastated as was her young daughter who lives with me . A sad 2 days made much worse so disappointing 😢

Bought a bunch of peonies and stocks. Within 4 days the stocks had died and peonies showed no signs of opening. I actually rang m and s and was told they could take up to 3 weeks to open. However. Leaves drooping and the peonies quite dry. I thought far enough we will wait and see. 2 weeks later still no sign of life. I have bought some from Sainsbury's and coop and they are a much better quality than m and s who pride themselves on quality. As a side note I bought my daughter in law a bunch without the stocks at the same time. They look exactly the same. Un opened and droopy leaves. .I will never purchase flowers or plants from there.

The journey that commenced as a hopeful investment opportunity took a sharp turn towards devastation, resulting in a loss of $97,100. Discovering that I had fallen victim to a scam left me grappling with a mix of emotions - embarrassment, anger, and a sense of uncertainty regarding my next course of action. Amidst my quest for a remedy, I stumbled upon RANGEPRO.ORG, a company that initially gave me pause. Their professionalism, however, shone through brightly. Right from the start, their team treated me respectfully, articulated the recovery process in a transparent manner, and steered clear of making any grandiose pledges. Their consistent communication and efforts to keep me informed throughout the process were a reassuring presence. To my pleasant surprise, their endeavors bore fruit by successfully recovering a sizable portion of the funds I had previously deemed lost forever.

Horrible experience. I had flowers delivered to my 91 year old grandmother and they arrived sparse and dead. Marks and Spencer’s will not refund me without photographs but I am wondering how my 91 year old grandmother is supposed to take photographs?? I explained this on the phone and was told no refund could be given. That is the second order I have placed within a week that arrived dead. Avoid avoid avoid.

My lovely son proudly handed me a bunch of unusual tulips priced at £30. Took them out of the paper & into a vase & wouldn't even stand up? Perked up a tiny but but still bent over & yes they had been kept in water. Not even a sachet of food with the bouquet? Had to cut them down to put in smaller vase lasted 3_4 days tops before turning brown & petals falling. Would definitely not recommend waste of money. Wouldn't let me upload photo unfortunately

My wife received a gift from a close friend the flower gift box was left outside by the delivery firm . The state of the box looked tatty and battered when I managed to open the box the flowers initially looked fine but I can’t see more than a couple days life in them. I don’t want my wife’s friend to feel our disappointment as a complaint to Marks and Spencer’s involves them knowing.

Poor quality flowers for Mother's Day. My daughter would be very disappointed to see how the roses in this £30 vase supplied with water had started to wilt after 1 day and have got progressively worse since. Can't bring myself to tell her.

My daughter sent me flowers for mothers day. On opening the box three of the roses were drooping and by Tuesday the rest followed. The flowers were guaranteed for 5 days but didn't even last for two. Very disappointing.

Incredibly disappointing! The roses in the large bouquet for Mother's Day from my son, were dead by Tuesday ! The Iris failed to open at all . I'm upset that his money was wasted . Don't buy flowers from M&S.

I paid £50 for a large bouquet and the flowers arrived wilted and it was half the size of that in the picture. I feel completely embarrassed by this pathetic bouquet.

Bought flowers for mothering Sunday. They were appalling. yellowed stems and on the day a couple of blooms fell off. £15 for flowers I could have bought a bigger bouquet at Asda or Lidl for less than that and I know they would have been in better condition. You go to M&S for quality but sadly their standards are slipping. They wouldn't give me a refund as I didn't have the original packaging or barcode. Sadly I couldn't upload photos but they were such a disappointment.

Very poor quality of flowers and a late delivery service. Ordered flowers for mothers day. Which arrived minutes before 9pm. My mum was locking up the house for the end of the night. Thinking the flowers were never going to arrive. Mothers day is nearly over and done with. Was it too much to delivery at a more reasonable time, after all it was mothers day. If I could have been there in person I would have, but she loves getting flowers delivered and this was ruined for her. The flowers arrived completely wilted. Thanks M&S and your courier provider, my mum was left totally deflated with the poor, wilted flowers arriving so late. Will not be buying from you again!!

When you (M&S) take an order to deliver flowers for Mother’s Day it is expected that you will deliver fresh flowers at a sensible time during the day. After all you are representing a child who is thanking their mother for all the things she has done for the child. It comes as a smack in the face when the flowers arrive at 17:45 in the evening when Mother’s Day is nearly over and the flowers look as though they are already 5 days old. How on earth can the mother thank their child for a lovely bunch of flowers during Mother’s Day. Filling out this review, the app would not accept a photo but said contact support, which I tried estimated wait time 42 minutes……most have a lot of complaints.
