in a rush to buy grandmothers birthday flowers all the flowers were dead had to buy the closest ones to being alive, i’d rather go to aldi and get cheap ones.

Was not able to select a delivery day. According to the dates shown. I would have had to wait four weeks. I needed to have it sent within a couple of days. Tried several times. Order cancelled as a result. Will use another accessible service. Very disappointed.

Some of the flowers were mouldy and dying and some of the roses were rotten underneath the flowers and the petals fell off. I was only able to keep half of the flowers my daughter sent me for my birthday.

Appalling service. Ordered flowers, fizz and chocolates 3 days before to be delivered for my wife's birthday. Not contacted by M and S till after 2pm on the dat to say they would not be able to deliver. Casually offered a refund - they could not have cared less. I am disabled so cannot get into town to buy something. Dreadful customer service. So angry. AVOID M&S!!

Avoid avoid Avoid. Ordered 100 white roses for my wife to celebrate our 40th anniversary. Only 33 stems were delivered and the white roses have a brown looking stain around the edge of petals. M and S have refunded. Offered £10 compensation. They have ruined my surprise. After years of using them I will never use them again.

We have just received a rose bouquet and half were wilted or dead. These were sent to my daughter who is quite poorly. We really didn’t want her to see these, in case it upset her. After a long discussion with 3 people at M&S customer service, they insisted they must speak with her, and l did try to dissuade this, but they insisted. She was very ill in bed resting after 2 long days in A&E and hospital. I became quite upset all to no avail. The whole experience was stressful and upsetting and not something I would have expected from M&S

The delivery time was way too late. Between 17.50 and 18.50 They eventually got delivered at 19.05 Which is so late when it's a Birthday present. The state of the flowers was shocking Today has been super hot 28 degrees and it looked like the flowers have been in the delivery van all day in the heat. Embarrassing Just not good enough M@S

Had a bouquet of all white flowers and cheap vase delivered of my son and daughter in law as a gift after losing my brother ..they where so disgusting and cheap looking and he paid 35 pound for it ..lasted 3 days..very disappointed...this is the 2nd lot I've had and been disappointed..first lot they replaced but dont want to tell my son again. To complain as it would upset them after a traumatic bereavement..you need to buck your ideas up mands

I bought a patio rose which was supposed to be yellow with red tinges. Those roses which haven’t simply died look pale, artificial & dried. I have pretty green fingers & have given this one my best but it’s so underwhelming I’m considering binning it.

A colleague sent me a £35 bouquet yesterday for a work anniversary, out for delivery in the morning, apologies for the unexpected delay by midday, now next morning and not arrived. I am expecting as last year, will arrive hot and wilted beyond salvation and last a few days. Definitely would not waste my own money and sorry work didn't spend theirs elsewhere.

We received two deliveries of flowers from M&S Flower Market from family and friends, one on Wednesday and one on Thursday for my fiance coming out of hospital. The flowers in the first delivery were floppy and way way past their best and i was surprised that when i opened the thursday delivery they were in a similar state. These were shrivelled roses with some more floppy flowers. We followed the instructions and after a couple of days with no improvement so we put them in the bin. Shame on you M&S ,what a waste of time and money,£150 worth of flowers (disgraceful).DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE ! Both deliveries were left on the step without ringing the door bell.

Purchased a bouquet in branch for my daughter’s last birthday. They were all dead next morning . Very upset so returned and was given a different bunch which were mostly all dead next morning - the date she died. Devastated as was her young daughter who lives with me . A sad 2 days made much worse so disappointing 😢

Bought a bunch of peonies and stocks. Within 4 days the stocks had died and peonies showed no signs of opening. I actually rang m and s and was told they could take up to 3 weeks to open. However. Leaves drooping and the peonies quite dry. I thought far enough we will wait and see. 2 weeks later still no sign of life. I have bought some from Sainsbury's and coop and they are a much better quality than m and s who pride themselves on quality. As a side note I bought my daughter in law a bunch without the stocks at the same time. They look exactly the same. Un opened and droopy leaves. .I will never purchase flowers or plants from there.

The journey that commenced as a hopeful investment opportunity took a sharp turn towards devastation, resulting in a loss of $97,100. Discovering that I had fallen victim to a scam left me grappling with a mix of emotions - embarrassment, anger, and a sense of uncertainty regarding my next course of action. Amidst my quest for a remedy, I stumbled upon RANGEPRO.ORG, a company that initially gave me pause. Their professionalism, however, shone through brightly. Right from the start, their team treated me respectfully, articulated the recovery process in a transparent manner, and steered clear of making any grandiose pledges. Their consistent communication and efforts to keep me informed throughout the process were a reassuring presence. To my pleasant surprise, their endeavors bore fruit by successfully recovering a sizable portion of the funds I had previously deemed lost forever.

Horrible experience. I had flowers delivered to my 91 year old grandmother and they arrived sparse and dead. Marks and Spencer’s will not refund me without photographs but I am wondering how my 91 year old grandmother is supposed to take photographs?? I explained this on the phone and was told no refund could be given. That is the second order I have placed within a week that arrived dead. Avoid avoid avoid.

My lovely son proudly handed me a bunch of unusual tulips priced at £30. Took them out of the paper & into a vase & wouldn't even stand up? Perked up a tiny but but still bent over & yes they had been kept in water. Not even a sachet of food with the bouquet? Had to cut them down to put in smaller vase lasted 3_4 days tops before turning brown & petals falling. Would definitely not recommend waste of money. Wouldn't let me upload photo unfortunately
