“I have used M&S flower delivery for years but to be honest I will be reluctant to use the delivery again. Dues to social distancing I ordered flowers for my 88 year old Mum ( who has severe mobility problems). Yodel delivered her flowers and left them on top of 6foot post box. Her flat is on a buzzer door release system... but the delivery service seemed to be in too much of a rush to wait for her to get to the door! Please see attached photo of where they left them. Disgraceful 😡!”

“Received flowers from my boyfriend. They are awful. The heads were drooping and 5 were completely off and in the box. I told him that it didn’t matter and not to worry but when he saw them he couldn’t believe the condition. He called M&S and they are sending me a replacement. I have added the photos so that you can see my complaint was validated (not sure if reviews are screened as previous buyer was not allowed to show photos)”

“Received flowers today for my birthday, very disappointed. They were extremely limp and lots of flower heads broken off. Product code 29178483. This is the 2 nd time I have been disappointed with M&S flowers.”

“Received plant for birthday on Tuesday (4days ago), it is now dead. Last year received flowers that were dumped by the road nowhere near my flat and were dead on arrival. Replacement also left in road and dead.”

“The Protea Posy arrived on 20th June. Sent to me by a dear friend who would be embarrassed and horrified to know that it bore no resemblance to what was on your website. I have not told her for that reason alone. I have included photos of the day they were received, then a photo from today.”

“Very disappointed with Mother’s Day flowers. Large ‘tree’ in middle to bulk it out. Flowers already wilting. Haven’t told my son but have e mailed complaints dept.”

“My wife receive a bouquet of flowers from our son yesterday for Mother’s Day. I would imagine they were quite expensive. They are an absolute disgrace - 24 hours after receiving them they are wilting, the white rose heads are drooping and are already discoloured - see attached photos. I purchased flowers for my wife for our anniversary last year from M&S by post - they were awful as well. Never again - see photos attached”

“Received my flowers today and some heads were already off and lying in the cardboard box. The roses look awful. They are all drooping. I’m really shocked at their appearance/condition. I send quite a few flowers to friends and work colleagues but I won’t be using M&S - too embarrassing. The flowers from Asda and Morrison’s are better at just £6.00. Save your money.”

“Got flowers for my daughter the heads fell off the roses when she opened the box the rest of them lasted a few days they cost £35 and this is the 4th time this has happened will never got flowers from M&S again because they never get back to you or offer a refund”

“The 2nd complaint in 2wks about flower deliveries! Two friends never got my gifts..refunds mean nothing, the gift needs to arrive on time! Don’t offer a date if you can’t fulfil it! 45 mins to get hold of customer service who are million miles away and there is a language issue. The main problem is YODEL the courier who offer a tracker that NEVER works. M&S SEVERELY let down by this company. I will use Waitrose from now on..Am sooo disappointed and that M&S NEVER respond..email after email sent.. I’m done throwing cash at this company!!!!”

“My boyfriend sent me a box with flowers and when I opened it up I was so upset as the flowers had rot away and I had to throw most of them away. I didn't tell.him as he would be so disappointed. Will tell him never to order flowers from here again”

“Not in the habit of writing reviews, but felt this one was warranted. Ordered flowers in a bag for my niece, as she had broken her wrist, and would be much easier to handle!!! Thought would give M&S a try, as they gave free delivery. Ha,Ha. From the selection and pathetic state of flowers I would have given £5 for flowers, and £20 for delivery!!!Back to Waitrose,, and pay delivery. Value for money, unlike M&S. Roses and several Gerberas went straight in bin, on arrival!!! Hope I was just unlucky, and this isn't usual quality!!! I often buy flowers in store, with no problem!!!”

“A Christmas bouquet was ordered by my daughter for me. It was packed well and delivered on Christmas Eve. It was very poor. There was a great deal of foliage and only 5 almost dead carnations. Such a disappointment and embarrassment.”

“Bought flowers through M&S for Mother's Day (to be delivered on the Sunday) and even though texts etc stated they were going to be delivered, they never arrived. Hugely disappointed and to be honest angry with their meek response of 20% off a future order. I've completely lost my trust in the company to follow through on such an important order.”

“Ordered mother’s day flowers, got a confirmation for them. They were meant to come the day before mother’s day but they still said they were being created so I waited for mother’s day thinking they’d come then. They then decide to say my order is cancelled so I had no time to buy any others. So unreliable”

“First delivery - the flowers were dead with no water and in the replacement delivery the flowers were dead with a smashed vase and no water! For a diamond wedding anniversary this was very sad. Will not be ordering flowers from Marks and Spencer’s again!”

“Very disappointing. Bouquet received for my birthday. Lilac and yellow roses. Lilac roses looked half dead. Whole bouquet just looks miserable.”
