Shockingly bad and customer service were equally bad. Flowers were brown and dry even though they came in wet paper. Contacted customer services on live chat and was basically fobbed off. Was told the flowers would bounce back after 24 hours (they haven't) and the dead peddles were there to protect the flowers 🙄 They were absolutely no help.
Save time and money and do not buy flowers from M&S.
