“Have now used them twice, once for wedding anniversary in November and now for valentines day. Both times the flowers arrived on time and they were fresh ( November ones lasted nearly two weeks, too soon to comment for latest ones but looking good) Very happy and will definitely use again.”

“Ordered Alstroemeria flowers for each of my daughters. Excellent communication down to the minute they arrived. The flowers were fresh and in bud. 4 days later they have opened up and are absolutely stunning. I know these flowers will bloom for 3 weeks as I have had them before. I will certainly use M & S again. Very reasonably priced and free delivery.”

“Have only used them once but cannot fault at all - my mother was delighted with the good quality pink roses sent for her 80th birthday. I found the ordering process v straightforward, the price reasonable & they were delivered on the correct day, keeping me up-to-date throughout. I'd only ordered a couple of days earlier, as well. A minor quibble would be that the delivery information & options are a little confusing, but on the whole, v good service. Would certainly use again & recommend”

“I ordered 2 bouquets of 30 roses in each, Red, white and pink. One to be delivered in Hampshire and one in Norfolk for 31st Jan. Both arrived on the day and they were fresh and beautifully arranged so I was absolutely delighted with the feed back. Each bouquet cost only £20 which was amazing. Will use M & S again.”

“I ordered a bouquet of flowers, delivery was next day (4/11/20) for my Auntie when my Uncle who was admitted to the Covid ward. Today is 19/12/20 and she still have 3 alive massive flowers in a vase. I can't believe how long they've lasted, and they looked exactly like the picture. She cried when she received them, thank you so much! X”

“I ordered flowers yesterday afternoon. They were scheduled to be delivered between 11.15-12.15. They were successfully delivered at 11.25 today, less than 24 hours!! The flowers are beautiful. A lovely surprise for a special person . Thank you M&S.”

“I buy flowers in marks and spencer food hall every week and I can happily say that they are beautiful and last well over a week and sometime two. Most of the time I buy bunches of roses that are £3.00 a bunch and Lilly’s that are £6.00 a bunch and I can honestly say that I have had expensive bouquets sent to me from other florists that haven’t been half a nice. Thankyou M&S they brighten up my day.”

“Fabulous service today in High Wycombe Eden Walk. An older gentleman in the food section was so helpful and willing and professional.and a young lady on the exit to London TRd again was very helpful and willing. “I ordered my friend the Rose Trio Flowers for her birthday and selected a delivery date (a week before to ensure they arrived on time as I’m aware deliveries are experiencing delays due to the current situation) - they came in the morning on that date and they were absolutely gorgeous! My friend was so happy with them. Thank you! Really great service, I would recommend and I will be buying my future flower orders from here as I know I will get the quality unlike some online flower delivery companies.”
