“I bought two plant pots just before Christmas, about £5 each, to give as presents. They were so nice I decided to keep them. Very pleased I did. Thank you M&S”

“Eileen working at trafford center went above and beyond today for me. She was really friendly and very helpful its was really busy and she was working the tills. She was about to go home but still made time to get me some salted caramel cream.”

“I have always liked M&S products for men, and my wife was a frequent buyer of trousers, t-shirts and blouses. We also bought a large amount of M&S food, and frequently enjoyed coffee and cakes in the in-store cafes. Recently I have purchased a number of items and had them delivered to friends or collected them from local M&S. Every product has been a successful purchase and everyone, but especially me, has been very happy with them.”

“Experienced the usual excellent customer service from M&S Croydon today. Had an issue/query with an item of clothing purchased from the Men’s Department. Manager, Steve, quickly and competently sorted it out. We always expect the best from M&S and are never disappointed.”

“best shopping experience ever - the staff are pleasant knowledgeable and go the extra mile to ensure you find everything you require - if item not in stock they will have it there for you the following day to pick up at your leisure or will send it to you - nothing is too much trouble and I would highly recommend this store everytime”

“Today we visited M&S in Croydon to buy our suits for my fiancé & best man for our wedding we thought we could do it on our own and then got whisked away by the lovely Tina who gave us first class service and really made my fiancé feel special. She was unbelievably helpful and friendly also a special thank you to Steve too who was just as helpful. Highly recommend and excellent quality suits & Prices!”

“On my sister’s 15th birthday I took her to have her first bra fitting (M&S Croydon). Patty welcomed us and calmed Megan’s nerves with her up-beat voice, comforting comments and reassuring nature. Patty was also very kind when interacting with a reluctant, know it all, teenager. We found two bras that were perfect. Thank you so much for not only making this experience bearable but quite positive and pleasurable.”

“I have just eaten M&S Crispy Prawns with sweet chilli sauce......along with others......absolutely fabulous prawns! Perfect texture and flavour.....a real surprise as I was having a binge night/ tv slackers convenience dine in!......really blown away by this....well done will be having it again soon! I was really surprised at the quality of this food.”

“The staff are very knowledgeable,and very polite ,and always ready with a smile I shop regularly in the Boston store ,food mainly . It's always top class good quality food . Served by good looking staff that all smell delightful and look immaculate. Any single ladies . Even the classic ladies all look good . They all get on never back biting or saying bad things about anyone . Marks bosses should be very proud ,because no matter what the position is in the store it's them that make it and bring me back time and time again . The girls are ambassadors for marks ,and they certainly live up to it . One girl today in Boston store called Rebecca ,she is on training and going to Skegness store at a later date . Rebecca was most helpful and very kind pointing out the different breads ,she is good for marks top girl and looked a peach . Pretty face full of honesty .The name Rebecca means HELPER how fitting Plus the name Rebecca comes from the Hebrew language and is used in the New Testament and the other spelling is Rebekah which is used in the old testaments,meaning TO TIE THE NOOSE and she did just that in her manners which were I may add impeccable,like all the staff are Top Girl ,I just wish I was a bit younger ,I would certainly joining you on bread recognition.”

“Loverly selection of autumn coats and jackets , if going away on holiday a nice selection of tee shirts,shorts for the ladies you can still get all summer tee shirts,skirts ,dress for evenings ware .”

“Excellent customer service, friendly staff at tills always have a chat whilst serving. Find food to be of good quality and shop regularly for provisions. Women's clothing is good quality and reasonably priced with a great selection for all occasions”
