I have just been to the Croydon (Whitgift Centre branch 116, North End.) to buy a bra. Anita was amazing. So helpful and patient. She immediately put me at my ease and went several times to find me different sizes and styles.
This lady deserves a plaudit and I do hope you tell her. Evidently staff training is good in the bra department, but some staff go that extra mile. This was notable.
