Ordered my mum flowers prosecco and chocolates for mother's Day. Nothing arrived!!! I'm disgusted as I've received no phone call no e-mail or anything. So were M and S going to just pocket my money and just not deliver anything! That is theft. I have no regard for this company anymore, they are a shambles. Still on hold with M and S - 20 minutes and still going ............
