Zero stars actually. I ordered Mothers' day flowers with M&S, many days before the date. I had emails on Saturday and Sunday saying they were on their way, then another on Sunday saying they were delayed, then finally at 1753hrs on the day, they cancelled the order and refunded. I couldn't be more upset. This was to go to my 96 year old mum in hospital where I can't visit her. I shall never use them again.
