Ordered flowers for my 91 year old mother in law for mother’s day. They didn’t arrive so I called the next morning. waited on hold for 30 minutes then I was told, sorry about that we’ll deliver them next Friday! I asked to speak to a manager but told no one available. Asked for a manager to call me when available and told ok but it could be a few days. This is unacceptable from Marks & Spencer. With COVID I cannot see her now thanks to Marks & Spencer Mother’s Day was ruined.
