I ordered flowers for a birthday present, selected the delivery date. They had not arrived so I contacted M&S to be asked: Is it okay to deliver them in a week? The reason given was keeping staff safe due to COVID - which wasn't a problem when ordered the day before (I called to make sure that everything was okay). Order cancelled. PLAIN POOR SERVICE AND EXCUSES!
