Crushed box of flowers left by the front door in the sun. On opening they were wilted and dying, with one flower completely dead already. There was no water container or even damp paper around the stems. These were a mother's day present so I can't complain to M and S, but I feel they are very over priced and sub standard. There were also not many flowers in the bouquet but a lot of green foliage.
