Ordered 2 bouquets of flowers for Mother’s Day. Both were very poor quality, crushed and wilted with minimal flowers in a bouquet, nothing like advertised!!
Although I can’t praise M&S customer service enough! They couldn’t be more apologetic and offered to send replacements or give a full refund.
