My son ordered Mother’s Days flowers to be delivered in the afternoon today.
When they arrived and I opened them they looked wilted. A Rose was snapped at the head and there were remnants of other flowers in the bouquet in the delivery box. As with other reviews I did not want to seem disappointed to my son whom had visited for Mother’s Day. He is not a high earner so spending money on flowers when they are sub standard makes me very unhappy!
I am going to complain to M&S myself.
