£35 bouquet arrived in very poor condition. Broken flowers and flowers which are obviously not going to open and have gone brown, two roses where the petals had dropped off into the box. Each day I am throwing another flower away.
Furthermore they were ordered from another country as a gift and the response has been nothing from Marks so far. Chat didn’t respond. I have emailed from U.K. and still no response.
Terrible flowers and terrible service.
