Very poor service, you can't change any details 30mins after ordering. I then booked for the flowers to a commercial store & they then left them outside on a high street at 20:11 after the store had closed in full site of restaurants, pubs & easy to see.
I drove over immediately, yet they had already been taken (or where never delivered on the 1st place). They claimed the flowers were left on front porch, yet the store doesn't have a porch!
Horrid service, I'd never use again BEWARE
