Ordered flowers to be delivered in 2 days time. Received email from yodel saying they’d be delivered on the specified day between 1:30 and 3:30. At 4 pm received an email saying delivery had been refused, when in actual fact, they hadn’t even tried to deliver them. Called M&S who said they’d send replacements the following week. Very disappointing not to have to my order delivered on the day I paid for and frustrating that the courier didn’t even bother trying to deliver and then lied about it. Do better M&S and Yodel
