I ordered flowers for my Daughter’s birthday in September (she lives 200miles away from me )
I ordered flowers last week for my friend whose mum had died. Carrying a condolence message.
Neither of these deliveries arrived.
DO THEY NOT UNDERSTAND DISAPPOINTMENT. A refund is not what I ordered. Oh and a £5 voucher for an apology is an absolute insult.
I am furious.
Do Not Order online flowers from M&S.
