After the death of a much loved family member a friend sent me a large bunch of roses from M & S .
They arrived looking very tired and some leaves had rust spots on them.
The card with the message on had a spelling error which the sender would not misspell.
I contacted customer serves who apologised and immediately offered a replacement. I told them about the message in the card and what it should have read.
2 days later the replacement roses arrived. They did look better but not nice and fresh. The card still had the spelling error which was a disgrace !
Honestly the flowers from Aldi are far nicer and fresher and considerably M & S roses were £35 a bunch ( which was what the sender had bought ) They would have been so disappointed as was I.
