My lovely friend sent me M&S flowers for my birthday. The flowers that M&S delivered were awful, wilted with petals falling off. M&S agreed to replace them and sent me a similarly poor bunch of roses which will be "dead" in a day.
This is rather embarrassing for me as I have been sending out M&S flowers for years and can only wonder how poor those gifts have been.
And to add to this, the DPD driver yet again dropped the delivery at my door, rang the bell and drove off without checking that I was at home to receive the parcel.
