One star because they arrived! Received today a delivery of flowers
to replace flowers received last week - same bouquet same state, wilting and flowers falling off stems. They were sent by my nieces and
nephew following the death of my husband. M&S you should be ashamed these flowers are sent out under your name, where is
your product inspection/control?
