Ordered a Blush Rose Abundance and Swiss chocolate package for my elderly mothers birthday on 19 September. It didn't arrive. On the tracking note it said non delivery because of damage.
Spoke to customer service and replacement order arranged and was delivered 20 September (2 days after her birthday). NO CHOCOLATES. Spoke to customer services again and apparently they can't send just chocolates so they will arrange a refund. My poor 89 year old mother didn't get flowers on her actual birthday and now isn't getting chocolates?
Really disappointed.
