Ordered a large bouquet of flowers through M & S website. All OK initially but roses began to shrivel rapidly after four days. The sub contractor has a spurious three day complaining cut off window (as it's a well-known fact, apparently, that a bunch of poor quality flowers will die in three days not four). Haute Florist/Prestige Gifting will only offer a "goodwill gesture" of a £10 voucher, pointless as I will never use them again.
Please do not waste your time and money by using M & S flowers, there are many better alternatives out there.
