Whatever happened to M&S standards ?
A gift box ordered to say thank you to a friend turned up after 10 days with brown dying roses. Some gift !
We complained & got a refund but that’s not what we wanted. We had wanted a quality thank you gift .
We have actually also received dying flowers ourselves from M&S as a gift from family.
If other companies can do it why can’t M&S.
Shame.
Will not order gifts from them again
