2stars for the chocolates... broken and brown heads of 3 white roses,2 red berry stems,1 broken,the other mouldly ..have not got the heart to tell my daughter in law what a waste of her hard earned cash.
Reading other reviews and photos of the above,it is clear that the topic of my complaint is quite a common factor.
Come on M&S,do your buyers take no notice of the poor reviews???
I would not advise buying on line bouquets from yourselves, good money with kind thoughts,insulted by end result.
