Horrible experience. I had flowers delivered to my 91 year old grandmother and they arrived sparse and dead. Marks and Spencer’s will not refund me without photographs but I am wondering how my 91 year old grandmother is supposed to take photographs?? I explained this on the phone and was told no refund could be given.
That is the second order I have placed within a week that arrived dead.
Avoid avoid avoid.
