I just received some flowers from a friend, they were wilted and petals starting to go brown and fall off. This would not be such an issue had I not received a bunch the previous week from relatives and it was exactly the same. I have called M&S complaints and they are replacing them. It looks to me as though they have been in a very hot van all day and was the same last week.
