Ordered 100 white roses for my wife to celebrate our 40th anniversary. Only 33 stems were delivered and the white roses have a brown looking stain around the edge of petals.
M and S have refunded. Offered £10 compensation. They have ruined my surprise. After years of using them I will never use them again.
