The customer experience is excellent and their produce is at a consistently high standard. Their 3 for £10 deals in the food store are really good value for money and their fruit and vegetables are always reasonably priced and good quality. I always get a friendly greeting and I use their travel money store also every time I travel. Even though there may be other places with better conversion rates, I always use M&S because of their excellent customer service.
