I won't renew with Sheilas Wheels, because they kept me waiting for my call to be answered for close to an hour and they didn't offer me any discount. I would have liked to have changed my address with them online instead, and not paid an admin fee on top of my phone bill! Especially during this year with Covid! I will go with Admiral because you can change your address with them online, and they gave my partner £25 as a recognition that people's insurance policies had reduced due to Covid.
