Well there is nothing worse than the chat to perform a quote. Make queries and changes. I had the most frustrating time and was actually quite insulted by the individual dealing with my queries. After a very lengthy getting no where time discussing my two cars and policy details. I gave up had a day or two regroup gain the mental strength needed and tried again. This time I gave up again and was close to a point of frustration never experienced before. I have decided the best option is to find an insurance broker, I did and wow fantastic. Much better all round can phone them and speak to a person! I wish I had left them sooner. Totally useless can only imagine how bad it would be if you had to make a claim with Sheila’s wheel… Thank god I saw the light and went to a company who (Adrian Flux) looks at providing good customer service.

I got reversed into whilst sitting in my engine off parked car. I had to claim through Sheila's wheels as the man denied responsibility the next day. The repair and everything was sorted quickly but then i kept going on online chat to get an update but everybody told me "nothing yet". The courtesy car company contacted me to give them all the details of the crash which i found strange. They've still recently contacted me again after I gave them a link to the incriminating cctv but they refrain from downloading the info in time so it keeps expiring I heard absolutely nothing until I complained to Esure after about 3 months. It turned out I had won my claim and was then refunded my excess and £100. Nobody would've told me this, anyone you got through to on the phone was hard to understand and the webchat said the same everytime. Just not good.

Avoid !! They just put up your renewal costs and if you make any changes to your policy I.e name and address ) they rocket your premium for no good apparent reason! I have 10 years ncd and yet they increased my premium on renewal to £900!!(£300 more from the previous year even though I had no changes and made no claims!!) I then wanted to change my address and they told me another £200 would added to my premium for the year ! They don’t have any customer service all done via webchat and they couldn’t care less about trying to help customers anymore. Avoid at all costs !

Avoid this company..my friend who lost her husband a few years ago..as been with this company for years....she said to me my renewal for my car insurance has come today ...£878.!!!! How much why haven't you changed before..my late husband dealt with it..so straight on to go compare..and got the same deal for £296.. with Hastings...and also sheilas is most probably the worst insurance company I've ever tried to contact...wouldn't touch them with a barge pole..

Absolute waste of time, giving conflicting information, i spoke with 6 different departments, and nobody knew their job. No care, it's honesty like they have never spoken to anyone about insurance before. Train your staff, and have some empathy, and decency. Beware they lie and mislead, get everything in writing.

No persons to speak and very hard for you to obtain the information you require have to wait and be spoken to like a nothing to talk to a robot to be told we can't answer you question. Say clear completely very expensive and you auto renewal will be x 3 the cost absolute fraudsters stay clear check all your auto renewals this shouldn't be allowed it's a fraud

My parked car was hit inMay 2023. A no fault claim. I STILL HAVEN’T BEE REFUNDED FOR THE EXCESS. Is this even legal? I have rung numerous times- after being on hold for up to 2 hours- no one can help. I have emailed the complaints department and never received a reply or refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are frauds.

Awful customer service. They haven’t provided me with my insurance document and refuse. Multiple calls to them, hours of wasted time just to listen to operator lies with promises of calling me back. Even complaints department call you once and don’t leave message! Absolute cowboys!

Had two virtual assistant calls terminated by the bean heads that run me round in circles for ages then ended the call. Absolutely disgusting behaviour’s. Been with them quite a few years and my renewal home insurance has gone up 77%, so just wanted to discuss with a human, and review the policy, apparently you cannot log on to your account if the renewal letter has been raised, weird. needless to say I will move my business

Sheilas wheels has become poorly run I cancelled my auto renewal and cancelled my direct debit for Sheilas wheels to try and take payment on my policy end date after messing around with a arrogant customer service agent who thought I had a new policy not a renewal I checked my payments and Sheilas wheels didn't take the first month until the following month pushing all payments back a month resulting in a end of policy payment not going through they didn't pick up on this mistake and I only received a email after a failed payment which could have been overlooked or gone in to the junk folder for anyone not familiar with using emails then resulting in a credit score being affected and even debt collection letters the call dropped or I was hung up on mid conversation the agent rung me back I paid the outstanding balance was not offered an apology and the call dropped or I was hung up on again mid conversation I brought a policy with another broker with most extras included for a cheaper price I could pay for the whole year in one go

No humans to speak to !!! Only on line, so what do people like my brother do who isn’t computer literate! ?! He will be cancelling and going to a company who can afford to employ and pay for humans to answer the phone.

I cancelled my policy for 2024-2025 by telephone 4 weeks ago. I then opened an email to say thanks for auto renewing and the company had taken the policy cost direct from my bank account. They claim that I terminated the phone call before their advisor had confirmed the cancellation. This is false - she clearly said I’m sorry that you’re not renewing with us but we’ll hold your details on file for the future if you want to come back to us. Really disappointed. Full refund has now been issued but it’s taken a lot of unnecessary stress and time to get this sorted.

Don't bother with the carnt wait to renew somewhere else ,customer service is shocking and when you put a complaint in they don't care or even bother to reply to sort things ,we'll they offer money back but they don't reply to anymore emails if sent,roll on January

Disgrace of a company to get a response from have tried for 7 weeks now by phone, email, letter, all due to one of their insured drivers causing damage to a wall which I had to pay for removal in order to get out of my driveway, looks like its going to be the small claims court.

Didn’t make claim in 12 months or bother them with any questions. Renewal went up £400 plus on last year. Accept things go up but when tried to review quote to see if any flex in price could only chat via PC in chat room and informed best price given without even reviewing my details. Felt poor service

Tryed calling 📞 took 30 mins to speak to advisor who's English was difficult to understand. I then was sent to diffrent department to update my email so I hadbetter access on line. It didn't work still can get access, I then had to ask what was my next step with regards to the other person being at fault ie, insurance stuff yes they answered but im sitting here with a bust up car and I'm.doing the phone calls to rectify this issue not my insurance company. My premium will probably go up at no fault off mines.
